To ensure clinicians remain updated with evidence-based practice, AIB requires certified providers to renew every two (2) years. The renewal process consists of a review of recently published literature (provided by AIB) with corresponding questions (multiple-choice, matching, and True/False) testing the participant's knowledge of the material. The test is open access, allowing the clinician to reference the provided articles during the exam. Participants will have up to three (3) opportunities to take and pass the exam, with a satisfactory score of 76% or better required for renewal.
